This book it what it is.. I personally think its a good book. but seeing it came out after the series was over I don't see the point. Yes you get a better understanding of four the reasons he did what he did. You are in fours head in the book. understandable he is a great character, I feel this should have come out before the last book already knowing his ending to his story in allegent. Making this book not as interesting when you already know his fate.
i give it a 3/5 stars i would have gone higher. but if you do not want to be disappointed read this before allegent you wont feel so bad

Book Scoops Review : Allegent
Let me begin with I was horribly disappointed, with this book.
*********************************SPOILERS***************************************
First OFF as i read this book, book itself lost life, it was about science and genetics. Leaving the book lost, as if Roth had no vision at all for this book and I was saddened by this. I enjoyed the other books so much that i expected so much more that could have happened, But instead the author took the easy way out and Killed Tris in a "abnegation way" I can understand showing an honor and even respect to her original faction, but letting her brother now be left with no family is unkind, as well as not giving her a chance to live a normal life and help a fraction of a system be rebuilt in another way to make it function.
Yes she saved her brother by ending her own life, But then what was the point of this whole series? to not have a decent closer of what was to come to others that you learn about and come to understand, even some you fall in love with that character for who they are. Instead when I finished this book it was and uneasy feeling that things were missing that could not be filled. A horrible void that will never have a closer of full fulfillment. Instead its empty and almost dead like. In the awe of her death I can not wrap my head to what this series then was really meant for being brought into such a world and then NOT having a full closer ending, is not very true to the readers.
Books like this make me tend to think Authors forget how much their fans spend to keep them working and living. To leave a distaste of disappointment in our mouths. Such as I give this book a 2.5-3 star. I cannot go any higher then that for this book had no heart or full vision to give me any pleasure of what it was. I have hope the author can understand that sometimes closer to the readers is better then trying to turn it on the fans stating she is happy we are sadden for the death of a character out of love. Its more out of confusion then for love, we were hoping for not a HEA but something better then this, a hope of a new beginning for Tris, as well as the others to be able to rebuild. Not end on her death leaving her brother alone, and Four who learned to relove and trust another, to have it taken away. she had been through hell many times over to take it away for an easy way out and end the series in such away.

Book Scoops Rewiew: Insurgent
Following the shocking, deadly events at the conclusion of Divergent, Insurgent opens with a devastated Tris as she struggles with the loss of her parents and her guilt over killing her friend, Will.
In this book in the beginning Tris has dreams of Will. The boy she killed toward the end of the first book. Her and a few others leave the Dauntless Faction to look for refuge in the Amity compound. Here they learn that they will be unable to stay long. The enemy dauntless are also on the prowl for the divergent people. During this book she also explains her status to her brother, including the fact that the computer simulation has no real effect on her. Making her life continuously in danger.
Other things are opened up at the compound including the information her father died to protect. While she finds the truth of this information the Erudite an, armed dauntless come releasing fire shots wounding Tris. In which Tobias comes to help her as well as Uriah another Divergent. As well they are joined by the Alley Dauntless. In my opinion this book was well written on the continuance of the first book. Giving more from the first but leaving enough for the 3rd book in the series. I do think the vision for this series and books are being well executed. I would recommend this book to others as well as the other books so they could enjoy the full vision for this book.

Book Scoops Review on Divergent
The book Divergent, written by Victoria Roth is and interesting read, the the way the book first started I didn't know what to expect with the title. The main character is Beatrice and later she becomes Tris. Tris is lead to make an important decision that will determine her future, upon taking a test she then has to choose to stay with her parents or choose to leave and make her own way. In this book there are factions in this culture of life. Leaving her having personal and other issues.
I would recommend this book to others that enjoy a possible alternate reality to our world. Giving our 16 year old the choice to live another life. Or the thought that the children can basically change where they came from for what ever reason they choose to do so.
The only thing is after reading this book i realized there is no real location and or a year that this took place in the book. Normally in the beginning of the book you have a time and location. Not this book. I believe in my opinion that is what helps give it uniqueness.
